How to find us
- If you are arriving by car from the north (A85 from Glasgow) follow the main street (George Street)
to the roundabout take the A816 signposted Campbeltown and continue straight ahead until you reach
the church. Follow the road to the right at the church and continue along Soroba Road until you reach the
second Filling Station. Sign for Drummore Road about 100 yards ahead and Rhumor is fifth house left. Arriving from the south (Lochgilphead and Campbeltown) you pass the Hospital on the left which is well signposted and go under a railway bridge. Drummore Road is the first on the right about 100 yards beyond the railway bridge. |

| Oban has many activities for visitors to enjoy not least the fact that it is the Gateway to the Isles with ferries to many islands such as Coll, Tiree, Colonsay, Uist and Barra and of course Mull. There are also trips to Glencoe, Fort William and Easdale with the bridge over the Atlantic and our very own Sea Life Centre a few miles north of Oban. |
| For those demanding a more energetic holiday there is a swimming pool and leisure centre and a golf course. All of which are open to the public. Oban also boasts its very own Marina some three miles north of town. |
| There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Some featuring traditional Scottish shows and music. Many within easy walking distance from Rhumor and menus for most can be found in a handy folder in the dining room. |
